because I didn’t get any sleep on the car ride down, but I did at least get a little bit of rest. but I defs needed some caffeine.
so I asked about the oatmeal, if there was any dairy in it, because it makes me pretty sick. so they gave me one of the packages to check the ingredients, and it was dairy free! OATMEAL FOR MK! >:D
so I ordered that, and the little sign says you get to pick between dried fruit, brown sugar, or nuts, so I picked dried fruit, because uh, yummm.
so I then ordered my soy caramel macciato or however the fuck you spell it idgaf right now.
and then the slightly cute boy, also working behind the counter was like, are you sure you don’t want the brown sugar and nuts too?! and I was like…. SURE WHY NOT?!
so I got them too!
……..and I am currently wearing like, jeans, combat boots, my coldplay hoodie, and my hair was slightly everywhere so I had a headband keeping my bangs out of my face, but no makeup on.
I FEEL ATTRACTIVE. A+ ME.
Anyways, it was all really super delicious, so I went back and said thank you after I finished my oatmeal on the way to the ferry as it was loading and they seemed pretty happy that I had taken the time to come back and say thanks, so I’m glad I did that.
RANDOM STORY TIME WITH MK IS NOW OVER
So uh, moral of the story is if you’re attractive you get free stuff.
NO THAT’S NOT IT.
Be nice to people and you maybe get free stuff you never expected to get!
and say please and thank you when dealing with people who work in coffee shops.
and just be nice. don’t be a douchenozzle!
