When I’m in a lot of pain, I like to at least look pretty. It’s superficial and silly, but it makes me feel a tiny smidgen better.
So, I put on two really thick coats of Nail Envy - OPI this morning, partially as a base coat and partially because my nails have been cracking and breaking a lot again lately. Saaaad. Stupid CRPS >:C
Anyways, I decided I wanted to try out my new nailpolishes that I picked up last week. So, I used about 3-4 coats of Ballet Slippers - Essie, because it’s really light and sheer and I wanted really solid colour. I used my RapiDry - OPI top coat after this. And then I used Have A Heart - Nicole by OPI. It was a bit tricky to actually get the little hearts on the brush, but I managed. I really liked the ‘perfect stroke’ brush, very much indeed. It actually does a really good stroke of the nail from what I could tell - but I was only using a colourless glitter polish. I’ll have to pick up a coloured polish with the ‘perfect stroke’ brush and see how it does for real. Then I used my RapiDri after I was done applying the hearts and glitter.
